The UK are finally getting some 2014 Kpop action in the form of super popular 6 piece boy group B.A.P ~ 비에이피! B.A.P will be bringing their LIVE ON EARTH tour to Europe with dates in London, Paris and Düsseldorf and with the current popularity of 별에서 온 그대 (My Love From the Star), we’re loving the tour name! We mentioned B.A.P in our 2012 rookie post and since then Bang Yong-guk, Him-chan, Dae-hyun, Young-jae, Jong-up and Zelo have grown and grown!
B.A.P, which stands for Best. Absolute. Perfect, had one of the most well thought out and orchestrated debuts in Kpop world. With their matching blond hair and manly mechanic jumpsuits, they were refreshingly different. Even though fellow boy group 2pm tried to bring some manly beastiness to the world of Kpop, B.A.P are the ones who successfully made bad boys fashionable in Kpop land. This theme has been widely emulated since and now as of 2014, gone are the flower boys and rappers are more important than the visual.

Debutting in 2012, B.A.P is known as one of the most hard working/over worked groups in Kpop. The group may be only 2 years old but they have a music catalogue that rivals some Sunbae groups. At one point it felt like there was a new B.A.P release fortnightly! But B.A.P never showed any signs of tiredness and with some of the most powerful and energetic dance routines, they were always smiling and focused.
But even though B.A.P have husky voiced rappers Bang Yong Guk and Himchan, this hasn’t stopped them from showing their softer side. B.A.P has managed to show the world that they’re not just bad boys rappers, they can also be romantic and cute, even though they have a 6ft tall Maknae.
It’s no wonder why the hard working B.A.P are so popular and earned themselves an incredibly dedicate fan club, lovingly named Baby. We have had the honour of being deafened by B.A.P fans before, who put their everything into fan chants and showing their support to the 6 boys. A group of around 50 B.A.P fans can rival that of a concert hall and I’m sure all UK and European Babies are rejoicing that they can finally exercize their vocal cords! This concert is going to be a loud one!
