Remember in 2012 when there was that rumour about U-Kiss performing at Litchfield? Luckily for us, U-Kiss are finally embarking on a European Tour but they’ve made the wise choice of sticking to the bigger cities. Sorry Litchfield!
Coming September to cheer everyone up from their back to school blues are: Hoon, Eli, Kevin, Soohyun, Kiseop and Jun! U-Kiss, who have named this tour SCANDAL IN EUROPE will be performing in London, Paris and Moscow and we are expecting things to get scandalous, especially from the sexy shirt lifter Kiseop.

U-Kiss are the lovable underdogs in the Kpop world who was always there with great tracks but never really had the wins. The U-Kiss fan base is called Kiss-me, possibly the most adorable fan name and are one of the most dedicated fan bases out there but despite being popular internationally and very successful in Japan, U-Kiss are yet to make a win on a Korean Music Show (quite a big deal in Korea especially if you believe the 5 year curse). Although this may happen soon as Kiss-mes were recently given the promise from U-Kiss leader Soohyun that if they win… “We will take off our tops and walk through the streets“.
So who are U-Kiss? U-Kiss is a pretty cool name but in Kpop world that’s not enough and it stands for: Ubiquitous Korean International idol Super Star. If you try and do a little research into U-Kiss’ history you may get a little confused as U-Kiss is one boy group that has gone through the most member changes in the Kpop industry. We’ve talked about the crazy members maths that happen and it seems that U-Kiss has not stopped. It all started with Leader Soohyun, Eli, Kevin, Alexander, Kibum and Dongho. Kiseop later joined but then Alexander and Kibum left only for AJ and Hoon to join the band shortly. But then AJ decided to go study but returned for one song but then leave again to continue his studies. Then last year maknae Dongho decides to leave and to our surprise we’ve suddenly gained Jun.
But don’t let the member changes sway you, U-Kiss has consistently come out with some great tracks. If you like your dance tracks, you’ll love U-Kiss. Our favourites are Neverland which has one of the most epic dance routines. We are also MASSIVE fans of Stop Girl which has the most beautiful routine ever, very telling of U-Kiss’ sensual side.
So don’t miss out on the second UK Kpop concert of 2014. U-Kiss also have 2 native English speakers which mean there will be chances for a lot of audience interaction and the usual hilarious U-Kiss banter. We can’t wait! And with super awesome intelligent lyrics such as: “Don’t deny our r²π“, r²π being the formula of a circle, circle like a wedding ring that has no end, a shape that symbolises eternal love. The U-Kiss concert will no doubt be energetic, fun and educational!
