Calling all those interested in Korean food! They’ve had art, music, crafts and even a whole academy dedicated to Kpop but now the wonderful people at the London Korean Cultural Centre are offering something for all the Korean food fans out there. A 2 day K-Cuisine Workshop! You do not need to be a professional chef or Korean food connoisseur, this course is open to anyone who has a passion for Korean food and it’s FREE!
YOUR HEALTHY PARTNER HANSIK, KOREAN FOOD
Korean tastes can be summed up in fermented foods. Korea has kimchi and many other fermented sauces such as soy sauce, red chili pepper and soybean paste. This workshop will provide you with an opportunity to see how Korean food requires time and perseverance.
October is the time of Kimjjang when Koreans prepare kimchi for the winter so it’s the perfect time to learn a bit more about Korean cuisine. Also even though Korean food is good all year round, nothing beats snuggling up to a Kimchi jjigae as the weather gets chiller.
