We’re sure everyone has already heard about the success of the London Korean Festival. It was a beautiful sunny Sunday at London Trafalgar square and many people came early to get a good spot for the Kpop highlight of the show F(x) who we’re pretty sure brought over the Hot Summer…
Unlike some Trafalgar square festival, the LKF featured a very Kpop concert style stage that came out into the crowd allowing people from all around to get a good view, with the vibrant and energetic opening stage catching the attention of many passer-bys. There were performances throughout the day from the traditional featuring beautiful elegant costumes to the cool with Jinjo crew making all the girls scream.
By 1pm the crowds were huge with queues for the food stall absolutely massive; the wait for Yijo BBQ was over an hour long! Yijo had a barbecue set up in the square and the smell was amazingly enticing, many braved the huge winding queue for the delicious Bulgogi, Samgyupsal and Korean fried chicken wings.
It was a non-stop day of fun and we really hope the Trafalgar Square will host another Korean Festival soon!
